Jump, who previously managed the bar at Death & Co. in Denver, now runs a consulting business and is a prominent figure in the low- and non-alcoholic beverage movement. Jensen, co-owner of Curio and Roger’s Liquid Oasis, was also part of the ownership team at Brass Tacks in LoDo. As a married couple, Jump and Jensen are a dynamic duo making waves in the local cocktail scene. In 2025, they will unveil their first joint concept, solidifying their status as a powerhouse in the industry.
