Country music artist Cody Johnson flawlessly sang the national anthem at the All-Star Game in his home state of Texas, following a controversial performance by Ingrid Andress the previous night. Johnson, wearing a white cowboy hat and cream-colored blazer, confidently approached the microphone between the mound and home plate at the Texas Rangers’ stadium on Tuesday. The 37-year-old Texan even threw out the first pitch earlier in the season before being chosen to sing the anthem.
