Opinion: U.S. Olympic athletes need more than just fans at the Games. We’re in Paris for their safety.

   The U.S. Center for SafeSport is emphasizing the importance of athlete well-being over medals at the Paris Games. As we attend the Games in Paris, it is crucial that we prioritize the safety of our Olympic athletes, rather than just being their fans.
